The Broken Arrow Senior Activity Center provides a wide range of services and programs tailored for adults aged 55 and older, aimed at promoting healthy aging, social engagement, and physical activity in a safe and friendly environment.   • Fitness and Physical Activities: The center offers over 115 weekly activities, including:
  • Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba Gold, and line dancing for various fitness levels.
  • Cardio-drumming, clogging, tap dancing, and pickleball for active seniors.
  • Strength and Tone classes and a Fitness Gym for exercise.
  • Chair exercises for seniors with limited mobility.


  • Social and Recreational Activities:
  • Card games, puzzles, dominoes, pool, mahjong, cornhole, and more.
  • Crochet, quilting, reading group, and needlepoint
  • Evening Special Events including Bunco Bash, dances, and senior center parties
